Betfair horse racing data app

Overview: I need to download race & horse information from the Horse Racing -Todays Card" section on Betfair, to save in CSV format. There are a number of configuration options which must be stored in such a way that they are the same the next time the application is started: - an exclude races with these words field. If left blank, all races included. This will be used to exclude races of a certain type, or those from other countries. Must allow multiple values. Typical values would be AUS,RSA,place. In this example races/markets with the words AUS, RSA and place would be ignored. - Time range to gather races from and to. For example: all races between 00:00 and 06:00. Preferable if this time can take into consideration the time zone as set on the PC the app is running on. Information required from each race with the above criteria: -the location, date, time, distance,type of race, and number of horses [login to view URL] be written into the file as separate values. -The name of each horse and the highest available odds to back (blue column) and the lowest available odds to lay(pink column) So one line in the resultant CSV file might read Newm,27th Aug,00:15,7f,Mdn stks,4,Ustad,2.38,2.8,Chief Scout,4.3,4.9,Winner,8,10,Boxhall, 10.3,11 In the above example the race is at "Newm", on 27 Aug, 00:15 at application users time zone, its a race of distance 7f of type Mdn Stks, with 4 runners, listed in order with the back and lay odds following each horse. Application can assume internet connectivity. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Would prefer that this was in Visual Basic 6.0 or Visual Basic .Net 2) Code must be commented to a reasonable level, to make future modifications easier. 3) Application to be supplied with all installation files and basic installation instructions, assuming a reasonably high level of computer literacy. 4) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
