C# MS Access Class Link for POS

I need a C# class DLL project created (vs 2003). It acts as a sort of "Gateway" for another C# application to talk with an Access database and get things done. I've attached a image to describe the basic make up of the class. If you are familiar with POS design you will understand the database structure better, and the design is basic. From a project calling upon the DLL, for instance, to create a customer, would just have to go "[login to view URL]("name","phone")"... well you get the picture. There need to be many overloads of functions, and many of the GetXXXX functions must accept a string "filter" to sift through the results. SQL experience necessary. I prefer you not change the database structure, simply adapt the class to it. Most functions (like Create, Delete, and Update) should return a bool value specifying whether the transaction was successful or not (no error generated). If there is an error, it should be shown. The class namespace should be called HRlink (not DBlink like in the picture). Must be made in C#. Must be commented with at least a rough description of the function or overloaded function. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
