Cluster Linux Servers

Hello - I need help from some expert do the following, we have 3 Servers and we need to setup a cluster which can do the following on all 3 servers we are using DIRECTADMIN Control Panel running CentOS 5.3 x32bit all updated, we just intall those 3 servers and on servers if we run uname-n it returns the following offcourse this is a example of hostname [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We need to the following :- BACKUP ALL MYSQL DB BACKUP ALL WEB CONTENTS INCLUDING ALL PAGES and just sync each other information so if server 1 goes down server 2 should have the backup with everything so our customer wont get a downtime, I am sure you are aware of that how to set this up, so once you are done setting up the server we need everything documented.
