consume webservices in php

I've got a store website and i have a carrier that have a wsdl to retrieve locations to pick up order's, kind of: call the webservice with the postal code and retrieve the pick location closer to that postal code. Anyway my dificulty is consuming the webservice in php. I can't generate the classes for use. I need someone to help with this: generate the classes and make 2 or 3 tests with postal codes (from portugal only). The integration in the website is with me. i will give a location in the server to test it out and after everything is working i will integrate with the store. Please, if you have experience with consuming webservices in php apply this project. If it is the first time consuming webservices in php please don't waste my time because i'm a programmer also and sometimes i know that we waste a lot of time when doing things for the first time. PS: I cannot pay more than 30 EUR
