Create simple tool to allow users to review webpages

This should be a simple and fun project for someone who knows what they're doing. It's a fixed price project, but there could be opportunities to work together in the future. Here's the brief: ----------------------- The database need only contain a singe table. Fields: ID, URL, User1Score (where 1 = Bad, 2 = Good, 3 = Unsure), User2Score. We need to have a page that allows the admin user to populate the tool with URLs to be reviewed. The page ([login to view URL]) should feature a single textarea box, where the user can paste in a line separated list of URLs. Upon submission, the tool should insert all URLs which do not already exist in the tool, skipping the rest (de-duplication). The tool should confirm the action is has taken with simple messaging (ie. "123 URLs inserted, 45 skipped"). The main UI workflow exists with user1.php. The tool takes the next URL without a User1Score score and loads it in a frame at the bottom of the page. This UI experience is similar to StumbledUpon. At the top of the tool, we show a bar with some options and information for the URL shown below. The options are: Bad, Good, Unsure (these should be big clear buttons). Selecting one of these options saves the value in the DB and loads up the next URL. Below these options, we need to show data about the URL as fetched from the SEOMoz API. I've attached some code that can be repurposed to pull this information. We'll be showing: domain authority, page authority, mozrank, juice links, total links. For bonus points, it'd be amazing if there was a way to highlight where in the framed page the user can find the anchor text/link that leads to the user to a URL on the [login to view URL] domain. I'm not sure that this case be done with a framed solution, but perhaps it would be possible if we re-rendered the URL (like a web proxy). [login to view URL] will be exactly the same, but store the score in a separate column in the database. ----------------------- Please include the password "sofa" in your bid. Proposals without the password will be ignored. You will be more likely to be hired if you could demonstrate that you understand the problem and have already considered a solution. The tool should use PHP and MYSQL and must run on a out-of-the-box Unix webserver. You will see that I have a long standing reputation on Freelancerand that developers have enjoyed working with me. To set some expectations; I'm hoping to have this tool created for around $50.
