Create a Mini Stock Control Software

We require a very basic stock control software which we can input our items, quantity in stock, stock location and item cost. We also want it to be able to generate a bar code for each product. So when items come in we enter the qty, and the barcodes are printed. Once the stock leaves we would like to scan the item and it should automatically deduct it from the quantity.
