Coupons for website

I need coupons related functionality added to my website so that I can assign coupon codes to people and they can give them to other people who can buy from me, and I can send the comission to the coupon owners I created. This is for a PHP website [login to view URL] u x t e s t/admin (remove spaces) user: admin pw: sonyERICSSON1 When you go to admin, there is a menu on top which says "General". You can add reseller management there. Now, when a reseller is created, the admin should have an option to allow him multiple coupon codes, and specifying which coupon code entitles how much discount on the order total. The admin will also define reseller's comission percentage. When this user and coupon is created, emails will go to admin as well as reseller, alongwith coupon codes, and then the reseller can share this code with their friends via their login/module on the website. When their friends use those coupons, and purchase items from this store, the resellers will get a percentage reflected into his account, and admin can pay that amount manually off-the-website channel and mark it as settled with the reseller after payment and entering payment reference numbers or other info.
