Convert WordPress Theme into HTML

I need you to please convert this theme: [login to view URL] into HTML equivalent. It must be built from scratch, using tables/div/css. Because this makes it easier to edit the HTML file in Dreamweaver. (NOT ripped using those offline website rippers - because they create "impossible to edit" HTML version.) Once again: "From scratch" means: If you had to design it from ground up by duplicating the template you saw on another monitor. (Yes, you can rip it ofcourse to get all the images/dynamic scripts (if that's useful for you). -- Also some minor changes (less work for you) can be seen here: [login to view URL] For top navigation links, none of them should have drop-down, except "LEARN MORE".
