Control a Sunshade Area

This software is to be able to control a Sunshade area. There are 4 lines, each one with 34 shades. This means there's a line A, B, C, and D. In each one of this lines, we got from 1 to 34. The prices are : 2 beds: full day 15 Eur / half a day 9 Eur 1 bed: full day 11 Eur / half a day 7 Eur No bed: Full day 8 Eur / half a day 5 Eur Extra bed: full day 5 Eur / half a day 3 Eur There is another possibility , that is the reservations. So the software would have to let the user choose each line he wants. After it, he may choose the number of the shade. Then, he must select the type of renting he's dealing with. When the choice is made, the user should have the Total cost of the service presented in the screen. There should be a button to submit the rental, and the details should be recorded. There should be a possibility to introduce extra shades, so it could exist more than 34. It must be possible to choose the operator, and set a code of access for each one of those with 4 digits. Only Admin user should be able to erase operations already made. After the full day, the user should be able to make the checkout of the payments received, and be able to ask the software to create the daily report in a pdf file or txt, with the details of the rents made and the operator involved.
