Please share some sample lists. Also explain what you mean by "ported numbers". I developed several tools that deal with phone numbers before. Is the csv the only format you want to support? Will this run on windows?

This Is a very easy project. With over 20 years experience can easily setup a web page or application that would take in various feeds, csv, excel direct, flat fixed format and convert strip data and either send back a cleaned list same format, update a table or provide other types of downstream feeds. Would need to speak with you so I could help create a detailed specification you wanted but normally I get much more per hour but this project will be very fast and easy for me. More then likely already have a program built to do the core. I already have functions to clean data like phone, zip, etc...
