CakePHP SWFUpload Plugin / Helper

CakePHP 1.3.10 and the latest version of swf upload available at <[login to view URL]> Looking to create a plugin or helper so that swf upload will work within the CakePHP structure. This means the swf upload would connect with a controller within CakePHP and then CakePHP can get the file information, name, location etc. to be saved to the database and the files saved to a configured dir. This also has to work with the built in Auth component that is built into CakePHP so when a file is uploaded we can record which user uploaded it. You are to create a fully working test example. The demo should use the authentication component within CakePHP. A user should login and be presented with a screen to upload a file. The form should have a title field and description field for the uploaded file. I do not care how the forms and pages look, only functionality. When saved to the database it should include the title, description, user_id of who uploaded it and the filename of the file uploaded.
