To promote the website I want an affiliate program for webmasters offering a commission ($1) per free confirmed email signup. The free signed up user will get free credits worth 1 minute of webcam time. I need to have statistics per affiliate showing how many of it's free signups are converting to paid members. According to these stats I need to judge if it's profitable to work with this affiliate. Site needs a clear backend, where it's easy to see all statistics like free member signups / paying members / affiliate stats / ect. Next to these basic things, I have many ideas for extra options that will make this site one of it's kind. Sadly I can not to reveal these plans until I found a good worker who has no problems realizing the things I just mentioned above. I prefer to work with someone who is always online on live messenger or skype chat. I run many other online projects and am always in need of a good worker.
