I have an enrolment system which assigns an ID for each individual. Participants can enrol as a pair or as a single. If they enrol as a single they get the letter s added to their unique number, if they enrol as a pair they get the letter p added. So for example the 10th enrollee who enrolled as a pair would have the ID number 10p. I download the enrolments as an excel spreadsheet. However the excel spreadsheet gives the 10th enrollee an ID of p10. All I need is for the excel spreadsheet to correctly give me the ID as 10p not p10.

Hello, I can get this done real faster. So you are saying that there is no problem in your Access database and is adding correctly the user id as 10p. But the problem is somewhere in the access to excel which is reporting as p10. Can you share the Access database and excel file? Thanks
