ASP.Net User Control Creation

Hi Coders, My requirement is as given below. I want an ASP.Net user control to be created in VB.Net. The user control will have one dropdown, 4 text boxes and two checkboxes. This user control has to be used in a page to add/edit records. The dropdown has to load data from the database. I will give teamviewer access to the selected coder. I have 75% of the code done by a coder. I want this to be completed ASAP. Happy bidding. ## Deliverables ASP.Net, VB.Net, SQL Server 2008 User Control creation and usage.
