custom ecommerce or modified ecommerce platform

Require a website built either from scratch or based on an ecommerce platform eg magento, creloaded 6.3 etc. Design we be completed seperately so not included as part of this project and will be given to you at the start. Requirements document attached but basically the site will sell stationary products and custom stamps, signs etc. The custom requirements relate to the product description page and a html editor for the cusotmer to add a custom message that gets passed as a set of attributes. Also a live preview window so the custom can see the custom message then gets passed as an image to the administrator. Full details attached.
