Member Tracking / Voting / Re-Billing Program for Website
We are adding various functions to our website, including
Member Sign-up w/Password Access, including Billing/Re-Billing.
A System for Awarding & Tracking Member Points/Credits on the site.
Member Voting.
1. Basic/standard member-site password & billing features:
a. Charge and re-bill credit cards for membership/access.
b. Can integrate with Paypal as a billing agent (optional).
c. Includes paymens options (ie, 1-Month/non-recurring,
Monthly/recurring,Quarterly/discounted, Yearly/discounted).
d. Give member their password & username.
e. Verify password & username.
f. Track abandoned applications.
g. Lost password look-up (standard features).
2. Other Features:
a. Membership levels, according to at least two trackable
criteria.
b. Tracks Member Views, Non-Member Views of images.
c. Tracks Member Votes (Only members can vote).
d. Survey/Questionnaire that we can change/update periodically.
3. Referral & “Points” Tracking
a. Awarding and tracking of member points/credits.
b. Members can earn points/credits for referring new members.
c. Members can earn points for purchases
d. Members can use points to pay for items.
e. Vaious data can display on a secure “My Account” page -
Each member can login to access their own “account” page,
and they can see their points standing, membership level,
number of members they have referred, referral points, etc.
4. Voting
a. New voting/contests on a regular basis – we need to be able
set up new voting/new contests ourselves.
b. Only members can vote. Only one vote per member, per
category/round.
c. Vote: Form allows member to put a comment (or select an
additional response via a drop down list).
d. Members can change their vote.
e. Each item in the voting round displays:
Current ranking (ie, XXth of YY)
5. Shopping Cart
a. Basic cart w/small number of products. Items for sale list
prices/values in both $ and Points.
b. Shipping notification. Other basic/standard shopping cart
features.
6. Administrator Capabilities
a. Ability to set up new voting rounds/categories, etc.
b. Can manually allocate points to members as necessary.
c. Can view all related information re: referral program,
including member ID/ usernames, etc.
d. Can cancel an account, issue refund.
e. Can add fields to database for member, client, or voting
data.
f. Can change pricing & discounts.
g. Admin has ability to update point-payment options available,
such as: pay for items half with points, half with $.
7. Reporting Capabilities:
a. Inactive accounts.
b. Voting results, by category and by member.
c. Member data: membership level points, including historical
breakdown for how points were earned (ie, which actions
earned points).
d. Which members were referred, and by whom.
e. Length of membership, & status.
f. Discounts owed to referring members.
