Clone OSCommerce store to new server

I would like for someone to clone my OScommerce heavily moded shop and put it into a new web server. I have my own server and php/mysql are already configured for the shop, I just don't know what files I need to modify. I would also love to know how to do it (I'd like to eventually sell my modded store as a package), so if you bid low you could just write up an instruction sheet and coach me through it instead of doing the work if you'd like.
