COPY site and upload to another server

Real simple COPY my site I own to another server and change the domain name on the new site wherever needed so I then have 2 similar sites. Also I want the following items removed and not part of the new site....I want the "register/login" as well as "sellers" and "add homes" tabs removed completely on the new site......I also want the stop foreclosure information and sell your home now to the right of the page removed as well as I do NOT want these items to be part of the new site...the site I want copied is www nocreditcheckproperties com Gold members preferred and those with experience. Please ask all questions prior to bidding please. Will escrow and release upon completion. Looking to spend approx 30.00 on this project if possible. Once this is complete I will have more similar type work to be done specifically design and admin changes but want to complete it in stages instead of all on 1 project.
