baseball simulation automated recap using game stats

I'm looking to add an automated recap for my baseball simulation game. The information will be provided to you in the form of a box score and inning by inning account. I was hoping to create different headlines and recaps for every completed game. I can give you a link to a game and a link to how the data is generated in the database.
