Calculator Redesign

I need to modify the design and functionality on an existing site. Go to [[login to view URL]][1] and login: user test123 password test123. After login, on the right you will find three widgets: Good Faith Estimate Calculator, Pre-Qualification Calculator, and Seller's Net Sheet Calculator. I need to change the look of each calculator and make adjustments to the existing java script functionality for each calculator. Attached you will find files describing in detail the exact changes that need to be made to the functionality of the calculators. Also, attached are files which give a rough draft of the enhanced design. You will notice that the functionality changes and the designs are similar for each calculator. I want the calculators to have the same look and feel. The files describing the changes are named: Good Faith Estimate Tighten-Up Notes, Estimated Seller's Net Sheet Tighten-Up Notes, and Pre-Qualification Tighten-Up Notes. Within each file are the names of the other files which give a rough draft of the updated design. It may seem like a lot at first, but once changes are made to one calculator, it can be used as a template for the other two. My time frame is 2 weeks. Thank you very much! ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Linux
