Build Ubuntu Server based OS for Embedded / Appliance usage

I'm looking for someone to build a lightweight ubuntu image using Ubuntu Server as the base OS. Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Proxy Server is the main server application that needs to run on the appliance image I would like the following serial console output basic setup wizard to run on first boot & display on both serial console & monitor (if attached) to set the following: ip address subnet mask gateway dns1 dns2 a boot logo/image displayed when booting and a monitor is attached Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Proxy Server has a .conf file that I would also like to have a very basic php application served over HTTPS with authentication to be able to modify the settings of the .conf file in addition to the .conf file, Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Proxy Server requires a license file and if KAV is pre-installed on the OS image a license file can be added by running a command pointing to a local .key file, i'd like in the settings php app to be able to load a .key file, have it upload & then required command run to load to license. also a button to be able to click & run a server side command to update to AV definitions & display the output in a window and finally a section in the php app the view the Kaspersky Log Files other components i would like are Ubuntu Server stripped down to the bare minimum packages required to run Kaspersky, the PHP application via HTTPS, SSH access and the have all other TCP/UDP ports firewalled with the exception of TCP Port 1344 (ICAP) a link to download Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Proxy Server will be supplied along with a boot image/logo
