Cake PHP - Review, Grade & Comment on current code

Hey all, I need Two bidders for this project so two will be selected. The project was written in CakePHP I need very high end developers to grade and give comments about the developers code principles and tactics. If it is good, then say why it is good If it is bad, then point it out and say why it was bad and how it should have been done. What I expect in projects is an agile approach and re-usability of code. It should basically just be really good development that could be expanded easily later should functions be added in. Efficient usage of database storage and table organization as well as ability to expand also. There are not many functions or files, its a small cake app. I guess 15 files all up, not too many lines either. My estimate is at MAX 2 hours to review if your a top notch developer. chances are you could look at it and know within minutes a good overview. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php cake php
