custom thunderbird extension

I require a custom thunderbird extension to be created, that allows for quick insertion to a database details of an email. What I want to do is, to be able to right click an email, select a new option create task, doing so will take certain elemnts of an email and create a task in my job management system, in essence it will conect to a mysql db and insert a new record. It should use domain names to suggest which client to associate with, and should create a suggested desciption which can be easily changed. There are some other custom inserts i would like it to do. There should be a custom control panel that lets the user configure certain system variables, should be ajax style.
