check indexed status

I have a database of websites i need a script that will take X number per day and check whether they exist in [login to view URL] using the site: command so the task is read a record from the database check [login to view URL] for site:[login to view URL] if it is in google mark a flag in the database as yes if not mark the flag as no there are 76,000 sites to do and as google doesnt like automated requests we will have to do x number per day until we get through them all.
