Debugging and building a website database using LAMP(repost)

The course evaluation program will allow students to evaluate their professors (and thier courses) and assign both a numerical value or grade, as well as the ability for students to comment. There are currently three login types: admin / students / professors. Students will need to be able to choose thier professor from a drop down list, comment on course or professor and assign grade/numerical value. Also included should be evaluation questions that allow for the student to answer pre-defined questions that the admin puts into the evaluation. Admins will need reporting on collected data, exportable to excel, as well as charts/graphs to help see the data. Admins should be able to push a final score or grade to the professor based on their average score for the semester. 2. Jump screen - Currently for security reasons, our admins have to login to their admin account, and if they want to go into a students or teachers account, they need to log out and log back in using the U/P of the account type. I'm looking for a quick link jump screen that will allow admins to quickly jump into say a students account, and then jump back into their admin screen (the student and educators ideally would be a new popup window, or some other solution, I'm flexible). [login to view URL] reporting. We currently have built an tool to create evaluations, but need to diseminate that information via charts/graphs and reporting tools. Any background in making the evaluations more robust would be helpful, but I'm really looking for output of the current evaluations in some usable form for the client. Currently, the evaluations are built into sections that measure numerically the value of each answer, based on the section weight. We currently have no reporting features. I am looking for one report that would list the students and their scores by each professor, and one report that would list the professor and their scores by the students. I would also need a report for the professors and students to have their scores tracked over time (each semester) as more and more evals (scores) are created over time.
