Custom Real Estate Website IDX/RETS Feed

Hello! I'm a real estate broker in San Diego. I want to have my own website that doesn't look like every other agents website. I want a site that is more comprehensive like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], but with more custom in. I want to be able to feature my own listings tabs for blogs, posts, buying, selling, valuations, staging, and local information that I can updated on my own without needing a coder. I already have several domain names purchased. Please review the sites I mentioned above and let me know how much you can complete the project for. Also, I may need additional help later for SEO, but that would be a different job with a different bid.
