Create CSS and layout for content pages

Hello, I am looking for someone to help out with a project. Initially, we have some page designs that we would like help with in terms of creating the page layout and CSS. I'm looking for someone who has experience with this sort of thing and is not afraid to get on with things and make their own suggestions. For the first project, i will provide 2 pages. Both of these need to be laid out. 1. The template of the site is already fixed. 2. This is just the onpage section. 3. The areas such as title, font and font size will be added across the site. If this is a project that someone wants to get involved with today, then the work is there. If you're good you can help us complete the project. Please only bid if you're experienced in this area.
