This very small project is to produce a simple word report from an Outlook contacts public folder as a printable phone directory.
## Deliverables
The project is to create a? word report from an Outlook contacts public folder as a printable phone\address directory.? The specific requirements are to:
1) Be able to merge all contacts from the specific Outlook public folder (currenlty 3,000 contacts) into the contacts directory printable word report with the following fields:
* Contact name (shown as surname, first name)
* Company name
* Address
* Business phone
* Compnay phone
* Mobile
* Business fax
* Email address
2) It should give the user the option of sorting the report? by surname or company name (in which case the program should have a heading for each company followed by a sorted list of each of the contacts from that company)
3) Each letter of the alphabet (for surname or company - depending on what the user picked) should start on a new page and should be shown as the heading for that section
4) The letter of the alphabet should be shown vertically descending in the right hand side of the page so it is easy to thumb through the printed version to get to the relevant alphabetical letter
5) There should be a cover page automatically inserted (which would be provided to the programmer)
6) It should be easily printable from the word report with ideally (but not essentially) a button for printing either 1 or 2 pages on each A4 page and double-sided.
7) It is not essential that this is done through Word, as long as the end product is a paper phone directory.
