Cloning my php website to other languages

I am the owner of the website [login to view URL] which is subscription-based. The members log in, type a stock symbol and get the predictions about it. New members can enroll by filling the registration form and pay through Moneybookers.com. I possess all code and no serious programming needs to be done. Only the text will be changed from Greek to Turkish (for starters). I also possess the translation paragraph-by-paragraph and word-by-word, so this is pretty straightforward. As for the payment form with Moneybookers - which will now be in Turkish af course - Moneybookers does provide the html code for that too, so I trust there won't be a problem here either. Only a new mySQL will have to be created of course - identical to the already existent Greek database - to host the Turkish customers. There will be a new 'Admin' page linked to that 'Turkish' database, but aside from that the code, appearance, language etc etc of this Admin page will be _identical_ to the current 'Greek' one, so no coding needs to be performed here either.
