Adjust drupal market place website

Hello, I got a drupal website, market place like guru or getafreelancer to finish. I think it's done at 75 % ... but we have to work on 1- forms for each kind of users 2- online paiment + online bills for custumers ( + pdf bills format downloable for every custumers who pay us something) 3 - lot of little details on current website flow/process : private message, project posting has to be review a little bit to be more ergonomic and more clear. 4 - redesign a little bit the table, area, etc ... to have beautiful website. 5 - add a video chat based on red5 opensource (or other if you know another one) 6 - add a opensource module using java I have lot of project to handle if you work well (and fast !!!).
