I need a [login to view URL] file (since our ad system will be looking for that file) and have the [login to view URL] written to compliment the /cgi-bin/[login to view URL] file. Basically, all [login to view URL] needs to be is a redirect to the /cgi-bin/ folder and to "include" the /cgi-bin/[login to view URL] directives.
The script is xfilesharing pro if you're familiar with it.
