Clone - monster, careerbuilder etc

I need a php script (new or modified - doesn't matter) that I can use to run a site which will need to be similar to a [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc but just for computer-related jobs in the state of Georgia. I need something that can pull listings from [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or as many of those as possible. It will list the jobs from those sites and point to the jobs on each individual site but include my affiliate id with each so I can get credit for the users and make money in that way. This way, by just visiting MY site, people will be able to see ALL computer related jobs I have plus see all other sites from mine and if they click on someone else's ([login to view URL] job for example), then I have the opportunity to be paid from that. Employers that post jobs to my site... theirs should appear ABOVE the feeds it pulls from other job sites.
