Basic OsCommerce Module (images inside to show how it will work)

Need a small custom module written for an OSCommerce store we are building for a customer. Please see IMAGE ATTACHED for example of front-end & back-end (how it would look once created) - What it will do: > From admin (backend) there will be a link for each product that says "Link Video?" and an area to insert the URL > If no video LINK is put into the product "Link Video?" box - nothing will show on website > If a video LINK IS PUT INTO the product "Link Video?" box on backend, it will display a button on website that says "Video Available! Watch now" and it will open a NEW window with the video, which will be on YouTube. It is a very easy module, should not take very long at all. We need this within 24 hours.
