apartment management system

i want this to be written in php and mysql. i want the project to have a guest view and an admin view. in the admin view, i want to include the editing of system users, records of the new tenants, monitoring of the rooms whether it is occupied or vacant, transactions of payments, and reports monthly. in transaction of the payments, i wanted it to depend on what type of apartment did the tenant rented, like for example if it is studio type, suite. or whatever. and for the guest view, i just wanted them to see what is inside of our apartment,about us, on how to contact us and the rates. something that looks like this.
