Build a site to manage email contacts, using Gmail SMTP/IMAP API.
Step 1 - Sign up: user creates an account by connecting his Gmail account or/and using our email server
Step 2 - Add contacts/import: user can ad contacts by hand or import from Gmail, csv (I have already a simple script that might be integrated), Extension: import contacts from social networks (Facebook, Linkedin,..)
-contacts are added with email, first name, last name, tags (language, formal/informal, nation, city, free tag), note, website, facebook account, linkedin account, and user can edit this fields
Step 3: Send email (with the Gmail IMAP and SMTP api): (select tags & add to "send to", write email and insert variable attributes (like name), emails to multiple recivers are sent separately
Step 3b: create email templates (that can be used for next messages
You need to be able to write clean code, preferable php/mysql, and available to work on extending the product in the future with social media integrations and more.

If asp.net / sqlserver works for you, then we can work it out for you. Have worked on multiple gmail APIs so it shouldn't be a problem for us.
