Hi I've been using PHPList for the last 1 year, and I'm well familiar with the working process of PHPList. Moreover I've even changed a lot of core parts in order to make PHPList work depending on my personal requirements. Currently it's able to send around 40K messages using mandrilapp as an SMTP server.
