Amazon MWS API PHP MySQL Coding

I am looking for a results oriented developer with experience in Amazon's MWS API, PHP, and MySQL. Experience building applications using this API in the past is a requirement. We would like a web application that utilizes PHP and MySQL to interact with the Amazon MWS API and retrieve appropriate data from the following informational reports provided by Amazon: Orders – All orders and destinations. All transactions with calculated column of amount paid to seller. Reports – Inventory health, Inventory – Current inventory (with calculated column of total afn inventory and quantity) Inbound Shipments – Any and all data available to seller’s. concerning their shipments inbound. The request is to have a self contained website that will be able to perform such functions such as: -Download reports of inventory and import into a MySQL table. -Items and prices and import into a MySQL table. -Download and import all transactions available with calculated column of total for transaction inserted into a MySQL table. -Upload changes to prices for single items and bulk items. -Create simple interface to query these tables above. -Create new products and update existing product listings with a simple interface.
