Advanced MYSQL - Script to create flat file (space deliminated) to MYSQL database

I have checked .zip file it has all files with space saperation and ======= saperated. I am going to use php language for importing such files and create dynamic table and inserting values inside that table. After import is completed the kind of panel where customer can use this values. I want to discuss more about it. The document you have imported basically. Hello, Just read your doc. file. The second part is easy, the first part, with readignt he flat files and populating an existing mysql DB, is not that complicated.
