Convert HTML/CSS to Magento

I have two pages that I need converted from CSS/HTML into Magento ASAP. The template needs some minor customization to make the Magento as close as possible to the CSS/HTML. Possibility for on-going work for the right person. Please do not contact me if you can't do the job independently. This is extremely urgent and while I am happy to get the right person started, the assignment is very clear. When bidding please tell me when you can begin. If you can't do it, don't waste my time and yours by bidding. I need someone who is capable and ready to start NOW. In addition, don't ask me for upfront payments. I don't pay until the work is done and done right. If it's done in an very timely manner I will give you a bonus- but only after the job is done. This has potential to turn into a lot more work for the person with the right skill set. I have several ongoing projects that I need help with.
