Clone of www.platinumresellrights.com with new design

Hi, I would like to have a clone of this site [login to view URL] with a new design. I can provide access to any password protected areas and/or provide screen shots of these. Will either need an admin area to manage the adding of products each month and other admin tasks or the installation and configuration of wishlist member & wpdrip (I have both of these plug ins) Please advise in your bid which method you would do and confirm if you are familiar with these plug ins.
