adult advertising web site

I need someone to take the attached web site and improve it a bit and ad a few things. It's an advertising web site where people can post an ad. It will primarily be used to promote massage and modelling business so if you don't like adult orinted images, this job is not for you. The site will take an ad online including images, send an e-mail to the buyer of the ad, they can login and manage their ads. the ability to pay for ads needs to be changed to paypal or another merchant account. I don't know which yet. When an ad is added to the site, right now they have to click a link in an e-mail to go back to the ad to add images. I need this changed so they can add images while entering the text for the ad. If you have an idea to make the site look better, please let me know. this site is pretty basic looking. The site is set up so that the ads can automatically repost after 7 days if the person making the ad pays for this option when checking out. One main thing that needs to be added is the ability for the person placing an ad to be able to pay a little extra to upload a link to their web cam which will display after a site visitor pays online. The price of this should be controlled in the admin panel which already exists. I will also need you to create a new banner. The site works well now. You don't need to repair anything. Just some minor changes like the ones above.
