Create a phpBB module using a php library I've written

I've written a php library to retrieve and post data from my server, similar to a RSS feed. I'd like you to integrate this into a phpBB module. The module would install into phpBB, and display this data, send any replies BACK to my server via HTTP post, as well as set up an user control panel where users can modify settings, and an Admin panel where the site admin can set global settings. I will expand the code you write to add new features, so please comment it heavily. I can email my library module to any bidders upon request. It's a simple HTTP POST sort of thing. ## Deliverables Specifically, I'd like to see the following things. A panel at the bottom of the list of forums that says "Other Forums" This then creates a link to eachforum that the owner specifies in the Admin panel. These forums will pull the list of messages from my central site. Any posts TO these forums will post to my central site. There should be a user-panel, which lets people set their Display Name. I can expand this to then add other options to this page. Project should be delivered as a phpBB module that I can install into a phpBB3 forum. There should be an admin panel, which asks allows the forum-owner to choose the topics to subscribe to.
