Construction Status - MySQL/PHP.

We need a simple set of php pages that link to a MySQL database. 1) an admin page for viewing all the pages/records 2) an input data page for entering/editing data (including an upload/replace photo feature) 3) an output page that will be on our site showing status of projects. I'd like to install JPGraph so that we can create a live chart that will show progress on each project page. Each page will show the current photo for that project, project desc/data, CURRENT STATUS, and a graphic progress bar from JPGraph. We will design the pages for look and feel.
