Check Hostgator logs to see which Rackspace cloud server package will be suitable

We have three sites on a dedicated server at Hostgator and want to move to a Rackspace cloud server. This bid is for checking the bandwidth, disk space etc used at Hostgator (as far back as the records go) to see how much will be needed at Rackspace, and also to check what, if anything, will need to be installed onto the Rackspace server in order for the sites to work.
