Assist me with Email Marketing , We need interspire and powermta installed along with all the addons of IEM.

We need interspire and powermta installed along with all the addons of IEM on a server which can provide us mailing ability of max 200,000 emails/day. We prefer experienced freelancer who already has done it many times with good results. We are looking for a freelancer who can work with us for a longer duration for maintaining and handling all work related to Email delivery/ SMTP/ PowerMTA. Time is also critical factor here so we need it asap.
