AIM Mod to HelpCenter Live 1.1,1.2

Bid is for DISCUSSION only as described below. No development at this time. We are a small webhosting provider. We would like to explore the possibility of developing a module for Help Center Live (v. 1.1 or 1.2) Live Chat Support. Overall, HCL is an open source helpdesk system, (find it by google search) which we really like and would like to add to it's functionality so that our techs can provide support from any location they may be logged on to AIM, without needing to be AT the helpcenter's interface or having HCL chat window open. We are exploring for possible price ranges and/or ideas. so we will discuss with all bidders their ideas and award this small bid to the best overall idea and adaption. The ideal candidate would be knowledgable of AIM modifications and API, and also be familiar with Help Center Live. (I am a php programmer myself, so I am not worried terribly about any php code that would be needed.) I am looking for ideas and realistic solutions, "I can do this" is NOT a valid response. It's a great way to get 10 bucks just to take a ilttle time to discuss your ideas and theories. Probably we will contact the winner to develop the required software if and when we have the funds available to pay for a GOOD, ROBUST application that will be easy to install and maintain. Ideal bidder will have knowledge of Linux, Apache, PHP, Mysql, and most importantly AIM source code... should be able to clearly explain how software would be installed and ensure that it will NOT open a hole for "cracker" access to break into our server.
