Automated Transfer System For Fifa Website

I have a website for FIFA 12 XBOX 360, people manage a team ( Lets say Arsenal ) they get the full Arsenal team that you would have on the game and then they control the team and can make transfers ( Buy and Sell players between other teams on the site ) i need a good automated transfer system so the manager gets the option to accept/reject the deal and then the team sheet automatically updates if they accept. Im currently using Joomla 1.5.3 and Joomleague 0.93 for the team sheets. I only pay after Completion, If this is ok with you then please pm me.
