Authorize.net Payment Plugin for Akeeba Subscription (Joomla 2.5/3.1Component)

Need a [login to view URL] payment plugin developed for Akeeba Subscription (Joomla 2.5-3.1). Currently Akeeba Subscription doesnt have [login to view URL] payment plugin since [login to view URL] bars any EU based developers from using their API code. There were quite a few project on Freelancer.com for this in the past, that means some developers may already have written a payment plugin for [login to view URL], we encourage those developer to bid since they already have it done and will cut down development time.
