Dating Software advice

I just need advice re: Developing a dating site but would like to use the software used on either: [login to view URL] OR [login to view URL] OR another software that I can purchase to meet my needs; The Date site I am developing includes: - Events scheduler with form/payment registration - ad banner - Newsletter I don't need the answer posted, because, of course, I will submit a small fee after I've received your advice. My decision to choose for the advice will be based on your rating, to verify that you've actually worked on any of the software you advise me on. If your advice is helpful, I would select you, if you're interested, to work on the date site. Thank you for your time and the help. I am having difficulty in selecting the best possible solution in the shortest amount of time for my budget. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
