Craigslist auto reply project.

I'm looking to develop a software that can be used specifically for Craigslist that will automatically respond to listings based upon keyword searches within a predefined parameter. The software must me be able to meet the following requirements: -The system needs GUI interface -The system must have the ability to reply to approximately 5,000 ads per day with the infrastructure to increase that amount,it doesn't have to start with 5,000 replies per day, the project may start running once it has the ability to replying 500 ads per day and increased gradually. -The system has to be able to automatically present offers to sellers by deducting a predefined percentage of the advertised price. -The system must have the ability to recognize repeated ads and avoid multiple replies to it. (I am not expecting 100% accuracy in this area) -The system must be able to make follow up emails to the recipients periodically set upon my defined dates. -The developer must be very knowledgeable with Craigslist's security system, knowing all of the twists and turns. It is especially important to be aware of rotating ip and proxies. *VERY IMPORTANT: Since Craigslist may change its security settings, the software will need a full 3 years warranty that includes customer service and support. If any challenges arise, the developer has to be available to fix them. The developer must be willing to answer any questions that I may have regarding this project patiently and with customer service. Communication may be made in a variety of medias, such as skype, phone, or email. Communication skills is essential. I hope that once the system is up and running, it will work automatically requiring little or no service. Please make bids for the cost of a monthly service plan (3 years contract). An extra month will be paid for the initial development.
